This is a pretty random question...but does anybody know the rules about tailgating at Rex hospital? Specifically at the Women's Center?

I'm giving birth soon and my brother wants to "tailgate" the birth in the parking lot. Kegs, food, etc

Or kegs and hiring a food truck to come out.

Only problem I really see with it are the open container laws. For the food truck, Rex Hospital would need to obtain a Food Truck Zoning Permit which I can't really see them forking out the money for
