do both. clean and press on shoulder day for a good compound exercise and deadlifts on days you work your lower back, or with leg day if you prefer a sumo style grip. 8/3/2005 11:05:59 PM |

damn, i'm up to 193 lbs after dinner and in workout attire...so i figure high 180s actual weight.
i was like 175-176 just 2 months ago when i moved to FL. moving out of the barracks and getting a kitchen + having all the time in the world to lift weights until flight school starts in earnest + doing minimal running = packing on muscle mass like it's going out of style. 8/9/2005 10:23:39 PM |
