Shit, jules was a horrible ball handler. You cannot say his hop-step was effective at bringing the ball up. Grant has some ball handling ability which will be good for the team.
On the note of bethal, I was disappointed with him tonite but his dunk late in the game was sick. 11/21/2005 1:47:57 AM |

I don't think you can be calling anyone a ball hog in the first three games of the season. He just took the ball himself more often in the Delaware game. He didn't in the first two. Plus the dude is averaging 5 assists, I mean cmon. He's scoring points and putting other people in the position to score as well. He is not Julius Hodge, and I don't think you can make the comparison 3 games into the season against weak opponents. 11/21/2005 10:27:43 AM |

^^^^Regardless of Jules' ability to bring the ball upcourt, other teams gave him the benefit of the doubt.
It was pretty common last year to watch teams abandon the press the second he touched the ball. 11/21/2005 10:39:30 AM |

yeah he did
i know most of you don't care now
but when we start playing more competitive games and Grant keeps on doing what he's doing and we end up losing, you'll be bashing him just as much about hogging the ball
right now we're winning so it doens't really matter11/21/2005 10:50:49 AM |
