I agree. Did you see Morrison bank in that 3 to win last night? While it was in the air I thought there was NO way that was going through. Lucky shot but he did well to even get that off over 2 people like that.

I really haven't seen as much of Foye and Villanova (I don't have the Full Court package until January b/c my folks wanted to get the online version so they could see it too in California instead of on TV and that version doesn't start until January 1) since they haven't had enough exposure nationally.

As for Rudy Gay, whom I see mentioned a lot on here for National POY. Well he may very well be the best at then end of the year and I still say is the most 'talented' right now. However, he is probably not even in the Top 5 right now considering his consistency level at this point in his career. He'll have a 30 point game then totally disapper for 2 games then come back and drop 30 again. He needs to continue to become more aggressive and take his shots and he'll be alright but it's pretty clear JJ, Morrison, and Foye are all far ahead as far as on court performance at this moment in time.

yes but again Marvin Williams came in with the same credibility as Mcroberts and he didn't even start but still averaged 11 points 7 rebounds

mcroberts is starting and not coming close to that, all I'm saying is that these folks predicting a championship for duke expected one of their freshmen to be an immediate third star for the team and it doesn't look like thats going to happen

Its f*ing December. Great win, but in the grand scheme of things its just that. Doesnt win or lose them the championship and that is the goal.

^^^Have you not noticed that they don't seem to need those amazing freshmen performances?

They've found a way to win every single game, whether it's a blowout or a miracle shot.

I'm not a Duke fan, but you can't argue that this team isn't at least one of the top 3 right now.

^and no, Texas never deserved to be #2.
