Padding basically is when you post something that has no contribution to the thread... example..

I've been here since mid-November, and I have to say that I am sick of this website and the people on here. I spend way too much time here and it is getting in the way of my life.

Here's my beef with you people and this site:
-You use this place for constant self promotion.
