Jay Bilas just explained this pretty well on PTI...He's a Duke grad, but I'd hardly call him a homer.

He said that Krezoosky coaches fouls and has his team attack the basket to draw fouls, and to back off Defensively when they're in the bonus.

But still...there are a lot of no-calls on Duke that should be made...but probably not a conspiracy.

tickets are a privalige of every student. theyre not being fed to us we pay for them and we also pay for the athletic program. we can do whatever we want with our seat. when theres a duke game i will probobly wear a state hat or do something wierd just to get on tv and possibly a 15 second interview and possibly sc. if you told me duke had to lose 2 games each year and i got to pick who they would lose to i would pick ncstate easily.

i dont cheer against ncstate in the duke games. i cheer for both teams to look good. i want duke to win but i want ncstate to look good while doing it. i even still get angry and shout at state players fucking up in the duke game. its pretty funny.

i personally don't see how you can pull for a different school than the one you attended (especially in the case of nc state and duke -- both DI, ACC, etc)

but i really don't see how you can pull for both nc state and duke -- pick a damn team already

Duke fouls - 24
UNC fouls - 21
Duke free throw attempts - 24
UNC free throw attempts - 29

Also, it would have taken an act of congress for the officials to call a foul on what UNC was doing to Shelden Williams last night. So Duke gets called for more fouls, shoots less free throws, and Williams gets mugged all night long, and DUke still wins. But im sure you will still make a case for how they were given the game. Fuck off.

^ I would also like to submit Hansborough for "phantom player of the game" on the defensive end. No matter what he did (over the backs, reach-ins), the refs couldn't see him.... I've NEVER seen a freshman get away with as much as Hansborough did last night. Only 2 or 3 fouls for the game.... Rediculous.
