it was quite dry today, but it was cool.

tad- i must say you got some balls man, taking a perfectly good stock vehicle (ok stock plus terragrapplers) and going out there like that today. impressive vehicle to say the least and nice driving too, im guessing you took a closer look under the car when you got back- didnt hurt anything serious when you got hung up on that rock did you? that was pretty awesome.

i got a few shots of the action

too bad you had to leave early, we ran dickey bell and it was a lot of fun too. some nice climbs.

remember the guy with the old toyota pickup and his buddy in the cherokee? was that cherokee all busted up when we left kodak? cause we passed him on the way home and it was FUCKED. looks like he rolled it.

OH SNAP!

I didn't know you had your camera!

I only saw the drivers side of the cherokee, but it looked fine when I saw it.

What other trails did you run after I left? I donno what happened to the VX out there but its running like a raped ape now. zoom zoom. I think I knocked the governor loose.

As for damage, only scrapes and that dent in the muffler. When I high-centered it was right on the frame rail and the scrape was on the linkage arm mount "ear". I'll just sand down the burrs and shoot some rustoleum on it to keep it from rusting. Front drivers lower A-arm has a scrape on it too. Nothing else though.

Ahmet,

Uwharrie is pretty easy if you do the right trails and have someone in your group that can spot for you on some of the more challenging obstacles.

I'm sure you can make it up Daniel with no problem at all with that snorkel and no glare on your hood.

Yeah, it absolutely looks very cool but I'd be worried about going somewhere 2 hours away from 'home'. Is there something a bit closer to Raleigh area that you guys know of?

you cant properly balance the alloys you have because there is no outer lip to mount the weights.
