I would put a team in eastern va. theres not team between raleigh and washington and you have all the people in ene nc, e va, nnc, and richmond.

Side note: in the late to mid 90's the Minnesota twins were gonna actually move to greensboro if the city would help them out. Greensboro voted on a 8%(ish) food tax to build a stadium (or revamp vet's field where the grasshoppers play) and it didn't pass.
