There's one thing that bothers me about this record.

The last proper song ends with the line,

"I'll end with a closer, and say goodnight."

But then there's a reprise of "Happy" over a stylized click track.

I can think of two realistic scenarios:

a) There's a light concept to the album, being sort of a complete thought as a show with "Run Devil Run" being the Nashville-style a capella intro and the reprise being a little back alley stroll-away at the end.
b) She's just being funny.
