Yeah, I expect he handles his stuff really well the first time through the teams. I mean, even Hideki Irabu did well his first time through the league.

^ Actually, in his first 9 starts he was 5-4 with a 7.09 ERA.


He did well in his first full season, going 13-9 4.06 ERA

and then went to shit.


Ishii started his career 10-2 or something though
