mostly poorly thought out comparison ever.

Herb had a system, but ignored the fundamentals. he couldn't teach people to box out, couldn't teach rebounding, and had no clue what a full court press was. Herb also never made adjustments, and just stuck to his game. even now at ASU, he has his big man constantly shooting 3's. wtf mate.

TOB has the fundamentals on lock. his lines are playing physical, penalties are minimized, and outside of a few bad play calls in the red zone, he knows how to play field position.

another thing. Herb is a Ivy League has been who has already peaked. TOB is a military man with his eyes on the prize.
