it makes complete sense. you don't kill a baby, just because they don't realize what death is and have no connections to life. why should you kill a baby in the second trimester when they can feel the pain of death and are equivalent to a baby. i don't know how politicians can so easily be on one side or the other, unless they are idiots (which is obvious).

its easy to be a pro-life athiest

it just depends on two things:

1) Do your ethics permit the killing of innocent people and, if so, for what reasons
2) At what point in development do you consider the unborn to be people
