duke is laissez faire, and i think its a good balance.

as much as Twistas trolling is annoying, the alternative (to start suspending people for being annoying or even moderately insulting) would, IMO, take the life out of TSB. If TSB started getting heavily moderated, i think participation would severely drop off.

i could be wrong.

Ann Coulter is stupid, but come on, if Edwards didn't milk the cancer thing. And second, people have said equally bad things about Bush, but no one cares. Maybe just because they aren't as abrasive and obnoxious as Ann Coulter, or maybe they phrase it more cleverly, or maybe they just dislike Bush enough that they don't care.

It is lame to bring it up 3 years later though. Oh wait, 3 years ago he was just finishing up losing his first campaign, and now it generates free publicity for this campaign....

I honestly don't care. I do think that no matter how repugnant you might find a politician's lifestyle or views, you should at least show some respect to the office.
