on the creed note. one of my friends was recording in the studio where scott stapp recorded his first solo album post creed and the guys working there said all he did was come in drunk at 5-7pm and instead of recording, he'd just bitch and talk shit about anyone he'd ever played with

First, I don't know how Led Zeppelin is on any of these lists, unless you're simply trying to render some sort of shock or fuzz.

the beastie boys all sound the same? How did Rick Rubin, DJ Hurricane, the Dust Brothers and Mix Master Mike all manage to create music that sounds the same?

You can't honestly tell me that listening to Licensed to Ill back to back with Paul's Boutique, back to back with Ill Communication and back to back with To the 5 Boroughs that it all sounds that same. You don't have to like them, but saying it all sounds the same is just stupid.

I know that most people think they suck. And I have come to the conclusion that yes, they probably do "suck" if I look at it objectively.

But I have always liked listening to Creed for some reason.



Also, Incomplete by the Backstreet Boys was a damn good song. Too bad it's the only one they have ever written.

WillemJoel's list is the only one I've agreed with so far.

It is pretty much right on, in my opinion.

I listen to all those bands and enjoy them, but I would never acknowledge them as being anything better than car karaoke.

Jimmy Eat World: sucked, boring

Blink 182: God awful, only the drummer is any good live
