Excellent job by Kimi as usual. Hopefully when Massa leaves at the end of this year he won't be replaced by Alonso like the rumor mill predicts

Massa fired at the end of this year. I think not. 2 reasons:
1. He already has a contract till end of 2010
2. He is managed by Nicolas Todt, son of Jean Todt(who is still on the Ferrari board).

2 races down, 2 massa spins due to lack of TC.

yeah i mean you can buyout a contract

and Todt's role is being shrunk down by other powers anyway

Ferrari fans are worse than State fans thinking they deserve the best so yeah if he continues to screw up he WILL be replaced.

Congratulations, Raikkonen !

I'm disappointed at Massa. He needs to show that he can drive without TCS at next 2-3 races.

I was surprised that Trulli finished 4th!!! I'll see how far he can do this season.

This season is gonna be fun to watch, too! BMW is doing way better than what drivers said/thought during the test season.

peter hamilton is an idiot.

ok, well not really. but you don't need to listen to him to know a lot of people are looking at vettel, and now with STR being for sale, he will be available to drive somewhere else if RBR doesn't put him in the seat when DC retires.

Here is an Indianapolis-based weekly radio show on Indycar/F1. It's on the local ESPN radio affiliate and has an Indy Star racing columnist as one of the two anchors.

They've only done two shows so far, but they store them like podcasts if you wish to listen to previous ones.

Few years back it was Liuzi and look where he is now. Ferrari does not pick a driver based on 1 good performance. I think Vettel would have to get multiple points finishes this season to get considered by Ferrari. Also the fact that Vettel not having a manager does not help his case.
As long as Kimi is in the team, Ferrari needs a good #2 driver and massa has a lot of experience in that position.

man this track suxs. Its dusty as hell and right in the middle of terrorist land. I mean wtf.

anyway Ferrari should pretty much cakewalk this on Sunday. I am interested to see how Hamilton comes back with a brand new chassis built up for qualifying. That impact was hard.

Oh and a Toyota NASCAR stock car wrecked HARD today too. Weird shit going on.

I just don't understand what hamilton did to screw up on the first lap. was it really the wrong gear? too much playing with the clutch? just not being smart and running over (mounting ) alonso.

being one of the few drivers who succeeded on slicks and can still drive

*Ruebens didn't do so well in that era and is questionable, plus his car sucks.

What do you guys think about Raikkonen's new hairstyle?
My friend said he looked like a monkey.
I liked his hairstyle at McLaren better than Ferrari.

actually they are at the track but are not allowed to park in the paddock. So they want to be there still. Literally outside looking in.

Sad thing is this really has no affect on the championship or anything

Will Honda F1 take one of the drivers for a testing role perhaps?

BY the way guys I found this book at Barnes and Noble. For $20 (or even TWICE that) it is awesome. Go pick one up!

http://www.overstock.com/Books-Movies-Music-Games/Formula-One-Yearbook-2007-2008/2688303/product.html

and its even less on this website!!!

So, what do you all think will happen to Takuma Sato and Anthony Davidson?

Barrichello will retire next year and Sato will be a driver? Or will it happen this year?
If Honda will replace Barrichello with Sato next year, will Sato be a test/reserve driver this year? (But Honda already has Alex Wurz as a test/reserve driver...)
I am sure that Honda wants to see Sato race at Suzuka Japan GP because it's Honda's home circuit.

What about Anthony Davidson? I don't know which team will help him out.
