Gonna be another cheap Vday (and I hope all of them are)...but this year, engaged, instead of broken up.

I don't think I ever made public what he did last year. I ended up working last Vday. Last year, we broke up on 2/5 or something around then.
A day or two before Vday, he gave me my present anyway: tickets to see carbon leaf. Said he knew I needed the cash, so if I wanted to sell them, I had his blessing. We ended up going together, because there wasn't anyone else I could conceive of going with, and either I couldn't find someone to buy them, or I wanted to go to the concert that badly. Can't remember.

And on valentine's evening, I stopped by after work. He very quietly said 'There's a surprise for you on the dining room table'. It was a pot of tulips. And then he called out from the bedroom 'Now you can never say I never got you flowers'.

He's such a keeper.

So we have two days that we were mad at each other and took it out in a few posts in the thinking about thread and now we're a soap opera? It's pretty sad that this is the most exciting thing that happened so some people in the past few weeks. We haven't fought on tww since that time, so I don't know why people continue to bring it up.
