No one wants that nasty sweet^100th cream egg in their milkshake. it's all about the crisp candy shell mini eggs!

Dammit why did they have to use those instead of creme eggs

Or actually I'm guess I'm glad because I hate McDonalds and don't want to be fat.

I know it's not the same as a Cadbury egg, but Flip Burger (in Birmingham and Atlanta) has a nutella + burnt mashmallow, krispy kreme doughnut, and turtle milkshake (3 separate ones, not all together)

They put 2 whole Krispy Kremes into that shake though... it is pure heaven (only if you haven't ran the race in 6+ months though). I've heard the nutella + marshmallow was also thebomb.com

For some reason the thought of eating 12 doughnuts doesn't turn my stomach, but the thought of drinking a whole milkshake with two in it does. I would taste it but I don't think I could get through more than 1/2 cup of that.

At one point Krispy Kreme had an iced drink that was supposed to represent the original glaze doughnut. I bought one once and ended up dumping 90% of it in the sink, it was like cold grease. This was before I'd run any of the Challenges too, I still liked doughnuts back then. They weren't putting actual KK's in this though, it was just sugar and despair. Your drink both intrigues me and makes me want to cry.

I remember seeing that (or at least what I assume was the drink you're talking about). It was called the Kremey (something) and I remember thinking that wasn't a very appetizing beverage name.

Hahaha Hamwise... I truly am a fatty at heart. I know how to regulate it now tho

Anyway, Flip Burger is a nice restaurant so the krispy kreme milkshake is perfect.

How would a donut milkshake work? Just vanilla with chunks of donut...?

At first I was a bit hesitant because I can only eat about half of a Cadbury Egg at any one time, but Chick-Fil-A has this thing DOWN. Vanilla base and a healthy amount of crushed Cadbury squares all hand spun to perfection. The fondant filling is whipped so it's not as dense as the stuff that's in the actual eggs but tastes exactly like it (Think Philadelphia Cream Cheese - whipped vs nonwhipped). The garnish of chocolate flakes on top just set the whole thing off.

So, whatever Cookout, I guess there's always Watermelon?

A+++
