I got something in the mail from them a few months ago asking me for the dates and amounts of my purchases again. Because I didn't remember what random dates and amounts I made up the first time I figured they would cross check it and then use that as an excuse to deny my claim so I just ignored it and wrote it off as being done.

Then like I said a check showed up for $27. I probably made a claim for about $50 so I have no idea how they came to that number.
