hahahahaha.....they've been getting permits "this week" for the last 6 months

That's why I bought my nitro offroad vehicles...but they took too long to open, so I sold my shit.

well yeah anyway it does look killer WHEN it opens. I think its the Town of Fuquay Varina being opposed to anything they don't understand.

I have been driving a lot lately with that Vintage Touring setup I was talking about a few weeks back. Its an awesome class.

Reminders every Friday night Fuquay Varina on road at the Tractor Supply Co parking lot

every Saturday Rosewood near Goldsboro is running outdoor touring until winter, then indoor carpet oval- there is a kickass hobby shop on site too http://www.glennshobbycorner.com/

meant to post here a bit ago

bought a traxxas rustler vxl a little over a month ago - just bought some new anaconda tires for the rear and what a bitch it was to rip off the oem tires and glue the new ones on - have 4 stampede tires coming soon so give it a little bit of a lift and some better traction for offroading

have broken a few castor blocks and bearing carriers when racing a friend with a s-maxx when we have high speed collisions - the s-maxx is definitely more durable than the rustler - can't justify buying aluminum due to being able buy ~5 sets before going aluminum

is it your first r/c? the ruslter has been around for a while, recently updated with brushless and supposudly better suspension arms in terms of build quality. The Smaxx is a Tmaxx without reverse

If anybody is interested, im pretty sure I have an Emaxx, a parts emaxx, an Ofna ultra lx(probaly for parts also), and a box of junk from when i was younger at home. I might bring it back with me next time I go home if anybody would buy the stuff or I might just get my Emaxx running again.

And JW but does anybody have any XRAY 18t parts? cause that is a fun lil truck, but I broke the shock towers and a shock a year ago and still aint fixed it.

I found the perfect place 1 mile from my house to practice, test and whatnot with onroad cars. its an office complex with the parking lot paved and ready but no building even started yet with construction. probably good for another year I'd say. I just went through 3 battery packs out there and its so close I don't need to take all my junk with me. sooo nice if anybody wants to drive around let me know.

i swear i am going to break my ntc3 in half out of anger. one of the bad things about nitro is there are so many things that could be the 'problem' with it

i am starting to remember why i got more electric stuff now.

I've got some RC airplane odds and ends I'm thinking about getting rid of. too much shit around here, and too little time to do anything with it. PM me if you have anything in mind you need.

aight guys, so I got three free engines earlier tonight. a Super Tigre .61 , a OS Max .25fp, and a Webra 10ccm(.61) . The first two were in pieces and I had to put them together. The last one was complete just gummed up really bad. I have had a nitro before but it has been 8-10 years since that so I would like for somebody to tune these up and get them running for me or at least help me do it myself.

Then after they are running, what should I do with them. Build a plane around them? boat? sell? attempt to squeeze one in a 1:8 buggy?
