Begonias, as a trainer, I have a fitness question for you. How can I lose muscle mass in a healthy way? My legs are really muscular and I'd like to make them smaller. I'm 5'6.5" and 122 lbs, but really bottom heavy. Got any suggestions?

high rep, low intensity. target your type 1 fibers more - your type 2 will atrophy a bit and thus give you less bulk in the legs. watch your protein intake and concentrate on endurance cardio. or you could just work out the top half and try to even out
