i have anxiety about answering my phone sometimes...other times i'm fine. it's one of those weird things that comes and goes. i think it's b/c i have to talk to people in meetings, on the phone and communicate constantly at work, so i just want to shut down when i leave.

also, i have constant anxiety about work - which is why i feel fine when i work at least 50 hr weeks, but when i only put in 42-43 i get very worried that i'm not going to get my work done.

also i'm a procrastinator.
