I'm pretty sure that school districts have fixed budgets.

This is simply not true. Not only is this theoretically untrue based on the fundamental laws of supply and demand, it is also emphatically false as evidenced by how almost every other sector of our economy responds to an increase in demand.

"All examples of planned economies that were started in a bad economic crisis and bound to fail while you compare freek markets with examples of nations that imperialized or used slavery to get a jumpstart. Without such "cheating" I could very well be saying the same things the other way. So don't even go there."

I didn't know that Brazil, Mexico, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand (among many, many others) were once imperial nations.

Since you dismiss the mounding evidence that prove planned economies are vastly inefficient, please provide just one example of a successfully-run planned economy. Additionally, how do you explain how China, Russia and East Germany witnessed huge economic gains as they transitioned from planned economies to economies embodying much greater economic freedom?

Because everyone knows that spending money and resources on products and services without concern as to how you will actually fund it is the perfect way to ensure a quality product. After all, look at the wonders it did for the .coms, people buying houses and the US deficit.
