Epic tailgating festivities are being planned. All we know for certain is that there is going to be a tent, a table, some chairs, music, a grill, people, and this:



We were going to do a keg, but the intrigue of the party ball was too much. If you've tailgated with us before, you know the deal about the location. If not, we will be located here(the X):



If you can get there before 330 or 4, there usually isn't anyone manning the gate(O) and you can park in there, if not then just park around the fairgrounds and bring your food and beer over. You can throw your stuff in the truck until after the game if you want, I won't leave with it. We will probably walk over to the RBC around 6:30ish to ensure we get car flags. it may be because i'm in boone, but our guide is showing womens college soccer being shown friday at 8 and panthers v. hurricanes at 3 am, and if thats the case, i am going to be absolutely livid

they are running promos for both games showing at 8 on friday, so we'll see

with that being said, both aren't the greatest places for watching sporting events, but i'm sure you could ask the bartender to switch to the game, that is if they have center ice, which may be a stretch

yeah but the problem with fsn-s is that our guide up here is showing womens college soccer instead of the game and i doubt they have nhl center ice at macado's

A couple things...

-Even if they do have Center Ice, the game will almost certainly be blacked out since it is in North Carolina. Even if the game truly isn't on FSN, I suspect that will be the case. There are several areas in Pennsylvania, for example, that don't receive the local channel for their team, but are blacked out on Center Ice.

-You should call FSN and the cable company to check. My GUESS (pure speculation), is that the game will be on there at the right time regardless of what the guide says. It may be showing on the guide as though you are in the Nashville or Atlanta viewing region (therefore the Canes game would be blacked out and shown at 3 AM). Either way, you should definitely call and look into it, because if you are in North Carolina FSN should be showing the Canes game no matter what. Nothing, including the Bobcats, and especially women's college soccer, receives precedence over them in their contract.
