dude i have neva fished in my life...i just heard that term somewhere and have no clue what it means

can i go fishin but not really kill the fish. I mean just for fun and then throw them back in the water or does the hook kill them?

i guess the essential difference is with a fly reel you don't cast line off the reel itself. you pull the line off and cast if from a pile on the ground or in a stripping basket or something. then you move the lure, or fly, by pulling on the line with your hand (stripping), whereas fishing like i do you turn the reel to move the lure.

i have never fly fished.

I think I saw you in the computer lab before the test tuesday. I was in the back corner. I haven't been to class alot in the last couple of weeks because work has gotten pretty hectic.

I think I did ok for the most part on that test, I know I got most of the steady-state one wrong, but everything else I think I was ok.
