^^grades/MCAT/academics are only a small part of a much bigger picture.

the rest of your application (extracurricular experience, personal statement, etc.) speaks VOLUMES for the part of you not reflected by your transcript.

it takes a lot more than book smarts to become a doctor. good medical schools only look at your academic record to prove you're capable of success and to establish a minimum set of qualifications to help narrow down the pool of applicants.
