It's funny that you acknowledge that there are good gun owners and bad gun owners but then you throw out a blanket statement like:

so the lady at the jail said you need to wait until he has first appearance...

if the bailbonds people come in down stairs ill ask them... if you or someone wants to go to the jail they keep in open log of everyone who gets a ticket for anything. thats how when you get a ticket you get a bajillion things of mail

most lawyers have someone from there office who goes through the book and sends out letters. it list you address, charges ect.

i just dont have the time to do that... lol sorry tdub

I agree, I'd charge your "so called friend". If you don't, I'd just sue him for damages, at least make him learn not to shoot you whether you send him to jail or the poor house. If it got to the point of where your "friend" shot you after drinking and hanging out, he's not a very good one.

And honestly, this is why you should always have duct tape in the back of your car so if you need to hog tie anyone, you can do it easily and all of this could have been avoided. That and some elephant tranquilizer.

He was only charged with discharging a fire arm in city limits due to the fact that i refused to go downtown and file a statement, photos, etc. last night. Why don't u read the thread fucktard.

^^I do think there should have been more charges... I don't think catching an "attempted murder" or "assault with a deadly weapon" that could put him in prison (ruining his life, education, and future) for 10-15+ years is what should be called up.

However you take "discharging firearm", :"disorderly conduct" (both misdemeanors) and throw in a class B "Felony Criminal Mischief" give him 8-12 months in prison, 1000 hours community service, and 5years probation would be perfect.

I'm not the law (far from it) I feal like there is a lot of grey area in the way things play out if i go down there and file charges. Unfortunately, I am a good person as is everyone (good people who make bad choices) and don't want to see his life ruined when he really just needs some serious mental help and a good kick in the ass.

^^back to the "grey area" section of previous post. I don;t particularly understand his intentions but I will not pin point them as "tried to kill me" the kid is a hunter from childhood with a number of shot guns and rifles in the house- He was firing 00 Buck Shot at less than 50 yards. Not a tough shot if you "want to kill someone". I think he got worked up, fired off a round blindly (half to intimidate) and caught me. (then ran into his house and hid)
