you act like if a tax increase happens, these are your only options...i love how you conveniently leave out the "all the over-paid people in charge might have to take a pay cut" option...because, of course, we all know the higher ups would much rather fire people and/or reduce benefits than have to forgo a new car each year

a tax increase on people who make more money than they need (again, realize i'm conflicted because i don't necessarily believe that they don't deserve the extra cash for their position) bothers me not in the slightest...i couldn't care one iota about companies who are already gouging customers for the sake of presidents/CEOs sending their children to cary academy and eating steak for dinner every night (instead of contributing to the cause of bettering public education and making sure the poor class is capable of feeding their children healthy foods on a regular basis)

i got a confirmation that he voted mccain. still no word on who mom voted for.

im sure it was purely a financially-motivated vote though. at least i hope so
