being a guy who sports a beard most of the year, i'm going to go with a beard

he loves to come up more than anybody we have on the blue line, so he has a good chance. i'm expecting him to get one in the goal though

and i've said this the past 3 games, so take it with a grain of salt, but i love our chances tomorrow night.i am hoping that staal will realize he is a superstar again and play like one in front of the home crowd for what will more than likely be the last home game of the season

in no particular order:

Arcade Fire at Cat's Cradle in February of 05 (eternal thanks to Vulcan91 for selling me the tickets)
Interpol at the Orange Peel in Asheville in November of 04
Pixies at The Ritz in June of 05

it was a great 7 months, haha

(Broken Social Scene at the Orange Peel in November of 06 came EXTREMELY close to knocking out Interpol, but the experience that came with going to the Interpol show put it in the top 3)

we've been on and off for the better part of 3 years now, so its kind of understood that we have been with other people during the off time

extremely unhealthy, i know, but until this year we lived 4 hours apart so we made the decision that when we were in the same city, we were together

with that being said, she's coming next weekend to spend the weekend

i am coming to raleigh this weekend. a friend of ours is going to be in town from new mexico and it's also my roommates birthday so we're going to have a party for him friday night at a friends house. there will be lots of drinking and lots of dancing to new order

and i was going to ask you about the vomit thing in your thread.

i know a lot of people say this, but really, i never throw up. EVER. no matter how drunk i get. so i would never, under any circumstances, advocate making yourself throw up. do you have any ginger ale/pepto bismol?

i'm going to go look. my stomach is like super sensitive lately and everything i eat seems to upset it in some way (TMI, so i'll leave it at that haha). i mean i don't think i'd have to make myself. i think if i move from my bed, i will vomit.

i'm going to blame this one on popcorn and butter. because my stomach is tres upset. i will go look for medicine and i may vomit on the way

p.s. this weekend sounds fun!!!!

omg i have another question. a) have you seen UP! and b) what is the smallest deer you've ever seen? because i saw a deer in my yard tonight that was no joke smaller than my cat. how old do you think it was? i didn't know deer were born so tiny.

my hopes for this weekend are insanely high

i have not seen UP!, but it is definitely on my list. sadly, i always talk up going to see a movie in the theater, but about 95% of the time i never get around to it. i'm that way with most things.

but with that said, i am going to make an effort to see it soon. (after The Hangover, of course. we're seeing that shit friday at Mission Valley)

and i think the smallest deer i have ever seen is a typical bambi-sized deer. i think you may have seen a once in a lifetime type deal by seeing one the size of a cat. if i had to guess, i would guess it was precisely 3.5 weeks old

yea man, the deer was itty bitty SO CUTE. we walked out of my house and heard this rustling and i guess the mom deer ran off. so i stood there for like 5 minutes in a panic after we noticed the baby and i was like "omg is she going to come back." so my dad said we should just leave so that the mom would feel safe and come back for the baby. and the baby was gone when i got home. so i hope the mom came back? it was so small. i wanted to keep it.

p.s. i love mission valley. it is so shitty but i love it because i love the beers. drinking beers and watching movies in the theatre is great. and yea, i can't remember the last movie i went to but up was worth it to see in the theatre, i think. especially 3D. but i am a fan of pixar.

i was at three of these four shows.

i dont' know what my top shows would be. there's a big difference to me between great shows and memorable shows.

or maybe there isn't.
