how in the hell did you get into the military to begin with, having served time TWICE, and in recent history?

what i'm in the process of procuring right now. Gotta have 3 letters of recomendation and a letter from yourself explaining the incident. Within 2 days I should have all 3 I hope.

^ btw, how long was your explanation letter? Did you relish it or keep it simple? In other words should I make a long sob story or something straight forward?

So... today...

My Commander tells me that they are pulling me out of all contracting duties.
Says it's nothing against me personally.
But since I have been formally charged with a financial crime, that they need to distance me from any official contracts. Something about perception.

So no more real work for me... They have nothing for me to do all day...
Welp... time to break out the dvds and sit in my cubicle all day!!

Sucks for the other people in my flight... They just got all my contracts dumped on them...
And since I am the most experienced in my flight I had all the problem and high dollar contracts... Sucks to be them!

The first two were for aggrevated assault.
I got off easy because the other individual in both cases had a weapon and I didn't.
If I had stopped after disarming the individuals I would have not been charged at all...

The most recent is a whole different kind of offense.
I never said I broke the law.
I just said I have been charged. And don't have alot of chance in court. The military works things a little different.

FTA in Los Angeles County is 10 days. I got 10 days for running a stop sign in a school zone there, only served two days but that was a damn tough two days.

I saw the same dude get his ass kicked 3 times in two days, once by a cop, lol. Pretty badass. I slept with the rest of the Peckerwoods in my pod. I couldn't imagine doing more than 3 months

i'd say that if you were locked in a room without knowing exactly when/if you were leaving anytime soon, and you had the pleasure of tugging on the door from the inside and seeing how you were locked up for real

then it counts, yep

goddamn, josh stone, you're a real winner. I bet your momma is proud of you.

i mean, i spent a week in county when i was 18 (and stupid), and i've had a couple overnighters for alcohol-related B.S...

but to come here bragging that youre getting kicked out of the military and thrown in jail ... BECAUSE YOURE A THIEF?

tell me... how is that supposed to be cool?

no wonder your whore of a wife is leaving you. apparently she expects her thief-boyfriends to be smart enough to not get caught.

maybe when you get out, you can start dating a crack-addicted hooker and get a "job" selling meth?

^^He wasn't really bragging about it. Some people make mistakes, it doesn't mean you should condemn them, for all you know he could be a really nice guy.

No... i'm not a nice guy... I am an asshole.
And this is more for entertainment than anything else...
I really couldn't care less about the whole situation.
My wife didn't leave. I kicked her out.
And that was well before all of this started.
And my parents couldn't care less about anything I do.
Before I was in the military, if I worked it was because I was bored.
I joined the military to pass the time.
Before that I spent time with AmeriCorps and other volunteer organizations to pass the time.
When I get out of jail... If I go to jail... if I am found guilty... (for some reason those of you on here and those of you PMing me to condemn my actions seem to assume I have done this and that I have been found guilty)
I am not worried about how it would look on an application for a job...
I don't plan on filling any out.
I don't need some all to do 40+ hours a week job to live comfortably.
I will pull some money and open a business... and that will just be to have something to do.
So before you try to judge someone who you know nothing about... take a look in the mirror and tell yourself just how great your life is.
But don't judge it by the accomplishments you have, the money you have earned, or the way you feel about yourself. Judge it by how you have affected the people around you. By what you have done to improve this world, and the lives of the people that have endured your presence...

I don't understand this last statement. Are you saying you have led a better life because you have affected people around you? Maybe I'm reading this wrong. But not to judge the quality of your life by how you feel about yourself. A dirty, aids infected, dick face affects (infects) the life of every person he/she has sex with.

I personally feel great about myself and my life on account of achieving goals I've accomplished one by one throughout my life so far.
