stop all cardio...well...keep a day or two of some HIIT if you can....LISS will risk catabolism

don't eat greasy unhealthy shit...that'll just make you fat...i see you don't want to actually gain/become fat

so yea, continue eating that 6x high carb/high protein/minimal fats....

start taking a creatine mono if you haven't already....and hit the weights hard

I'd go 1 month at max weight 5 sets of 1-8 reps...resting 180-240 sec between sets

then next month switch to a more hypertrophy based routine @ 5x15 @ 75% 1RM

continue eating +500 cal/day above maintenance...so like 3500-4000 cal

Know how I lost close to 50 lbs in ~6 months?

Worked out 5x's a week with 2 being weight training, the rest cardio

Ate a more colorful palette of foods

Quit fast food, cooked more homemade meals, brought lunch to work

Managed portions

Took vitamins....a multi and fish oil.

Voila!

I didn't go through all that crazy crap that I'm seeing listed in here. Clean up your health and get moving.

I'm going to curves today to join. If I start today it will take me about 9 months to lose the weight I need to lose (so long, but at least it's less than a year). One day world, one day I will finally be suitable enough to look at!

been getting off track this past week, working late and picking up food on the way home, i havent even had time to wash clothes, much less buy grocieries or cook

fast food shit then going straight to bed, working 5am-9pm some days doesnt leave you time for much else
