I was going to draw up a soft urethane soxlox and mould today at work but my car overheated and I had to baby it home. Someone must not have the right ratio water:antifreez I hope I didnt fuck the water pump (or anything else... we'll see when it thaws if theres any water left)

My impression of how it works is you take two socks, lay one flat on the other, and push through a flat hole (shaped like >====< ) with your hand flat in the fold. Remove hand.

I've always wanted to try a simple moulded urethane part.

I feel like there should be some kind of pull down and lock mechanism. I'm envisioning a two pole type system where the inner pole has the top portion of the bar attached to it and the out pole has the bottom portion of the bar attached. you place your socks in the opening, pull down on the inner pole and then twist it to lock the socks into place. I guess it'd basically be a simple clamping mechanism.
