How long have you been dating her? If it hasn't been a while, then she probably didnt want to bug you by telling you all her problems. if it has been a while, do something to cheer her up, learn to talk to her, etc...otherwise your relationship is going to just be physical to her and she'll eventually get tired of that and look for something more meaningful.
