I have tried febreeze and clorox. Both were a total failure. I found out there is no magic "get me laid" shit that you could just spray on.

Avalon Organics Lavender hand and body lotion
It's sooooooooooo light, and so very effective. I keep it at my desk, and put it on a couple times an hour (because it absorbs REALLY well and quickly), and even with a crazy amount of hand-chapping cleaning and elbow grease and other things that should give me a scullery maid's hands, my hands are soooooooooo soft.
