where in raleigh is a good place to go for sushi novices (is that the plural of novice?! meh who knows).

and what are good things to order with tuna for someone who "doesn't like raw fish" (but likes raw tuna - so feel free to suggest other mild? i guess raw fish) and who doesn't like things with mayo (so i dunno if like things with crab salad in them would work for this person)

I recommend Tasu in Brier Creek or Shiki Sushi in Durham.

And order anything with tuna if you're a tuna lover.

Sansui in Durham also has good sushi... the place is kinda oddly located between a cheap motel and a gas station, but the rolls are always half off and the inside is nice

i've always been partial to little tokyo in cary. really looking forward to the kaiten sushi place in my brothers town when i'm over in japan again this summer. normally they are kinda down on the quality scale, but the one in his town if fucking awesome

Sushi Thai (as teh name suggests) has both Sushi and Thai food on the menu. The one is Cary is way better than the Raleigh one. Google.
