The NY Post has an article that claims the ESPN is at fault for making the video of Andrews known. If her lawyers hadn't sent out cease and desist letters to websites hosting the video, most people would not have known it was her and it would not have been passed around as much.

While I wouldn't go as far as to push blame on ESPN, I didn't think it was her in the video until all of the lawyer activity. The shot was blurry and from far away, all I could determine from the video was it was a blonde with a nice body. The picture seemed too perfectly focused, as in if it was taped from a peephole, which hasn't necessarily been proven, the hotel room would have been set up in a weird way for the shot to work well. With many other "supposed" celebrity nude film/pictures, there is a little hype until they are deemed faked and then forgotten almost completely. I thought this would end in a similar fashion, although we know now that won't be the case.

I think she'll bounce back from this strongly. From what I've read, most people empathize with her violation of privacy more than OMG EA TITS. With her fan support, she could become great activist for other women who've been through similar matters.
