he's posted a bunch of bullshit urban legends in here, so he had it coming. The statement "I can't say for sure" shows that obviously he was too stupid to realize why the myth could have been written off completely as impossible. 9/29/2009 3:34:19 PM

the walls breathe in and out.
the floors roil and wave beneath your feet.
spots on the ceiling begin to writhe and crawl.
colors leap out of their boundaries and assault you with a deafening intensity
a wave of the arm becomes a spiritual experience
your pet dog or cat reveals that it has telepathy and can communicate profound thoughts to you.
people/animals become two dimensional, and pictures become three dimensional. static designs animate and dance.
music gains a spatial and tactile quality that reaches into your gut and compresses your lungs.
as you pass along crowds of people, the single words and fragments of phrases that you catch, then reassemble themselves into a narrative of staggering complexity and portent, that it must immediately be untangled and reverently pondered upon.
a single found item on the floor or ground, previously lost or discarded by someone unknown, such as a bubble gum wrapper or a ticket stub, becomes iconic and representative of all mankind's personal struggles and aspirations and must be protected with a near-religious fervor ....
.... until an hour later when you're trying ineffectually to explain its significance , and you realize that it is actually central to a vast conspiracy to make you lose your mind and/or distract you from the truly important revelations that you would have gained if you hadn't been trifling with a bubble gum wrapper. at which point you either toss it on the ground or ritualistically set it on fire. 9/30/2009 6:04:48 PM

yesterday, i started to describe in here one of my most intense trips, that started when i took four-way at a Megadeth concert in a small punk rock club in Cleveland, but the damn thing turned into a novel, so i didn't post it.
today, i thought i'd just instead post a handful of general common trip events, at least common to my trips.
yes, i too, one time tried for several hours to convince my cat to "just go on and say it... I wont tell anyone"
i also "saw" god on mushrooms. at a Phish concert. i didnt actually "see" god, but sort of became an earthly conduit for god's presence. of course, i tried to describe it to people. they were like
i decided to lay off the mushrooms for a while after that one

By the time I learned it was pretty harmless and there was more to it than just seeing vivid colors and watching faces and floors melt, I was involved in a career that won't tolerate drug consumption.
Maybe someday, if the stuff becomes available again. I had never heard about the supply chain being taken out...but yeah, I haven't seen any since the late 90s or so. 9/25/2013 6:51:11 PM

theDuke866 i think you are a prime candidate. some people i would dissuade but i think you would really enjoy and benefit from it. it's still around, believe me. just find a trustworthy friend who has done psychedelics and ask them to guide you. or pm me if you got questions
i dunno what kind of job you have but psychedelics don't show up on standard drug tests

There is definitely still very real LSD. I would recommend LSD to anyone who enjoys weed, but I would not recommend LSD to anyone who does not enjoy weed or has not ever smoked weed. I would however recommend mushrooms to anyone who doesn't have real mental problems. Your first world depression doesn't count.

i've actually never done lsd, only mushrooms. i think i've hung up the phone though.
weed makes me more paranoid since mushrooms (not enough to cut it out), don't know if lsd would be good for me

Oh, to be in high school again. Some crazy times. Some fun, some terrifying (had a friend who was committed to mental institution after a crazy night. sure, he was a little crazy anyways, but that massive dose didn't help things) 9/26/2013 12:19:18 PM

the guy i'm talking about was acting nutty for several days after, before his mom committed him. two days after he flipped out on me in my car, started pointing at the clock and claiming that i was making time go backwards. that night his mom called me and asked if i knew what was wrong with him. 9/26/2013 12:27:14 PM

idk, maybe not never. the last time i did them was over 2 years ago, and it was of the couch-lock ego-death variety. not a bad experience in retrosight, but the trip itself was mostly hellish
maybe in another year or two, but i'm not close with anyone who i would want to take them with 9/26/2013 12:52:08 PM

^This as well. I have a bunch of friends who want to do them, but I'm not super close to any of them and I think it would be weird to trip with two other people who are close friends.

i tripped with a close friend last time who had never done it before and it was definitely weird. plus his sober roommates were around. lots of mistakes. i'm wary about introducing it to anyone else unless i'm 100% sure we'll both have a good time.

LSD is the greatest drug ever. 2 hits is pure bliss. Why anyone would want to go much more beyond that is a mystery. The only 'bad' trip I ever had was when I took too much. Being contacted by aliens and watching everyone at a nightclub walk around like wind-up toys was no fun. 10/3/2013 5:36:28 PM
