Like what? Most of them are just people not knowing the NC open container laws... I mean, I'd rather have them be lax to because it's easier to walk down the street and drink than be packed in to places like sardines on Hike night, but that ain't ever gonna happen.

you know you cant drink beers outside of an establishment, nor can you do it inside a wolfmart- if you are going to try, understand the risks you are taking


and if you are under 21 doing the hike, understand you might get a ticket that way. They are not that bad unless you are acting a fool, in which case, you had it coming


I saw people falling down drunk in front of cops, which would normally be a public intoxication/drunk and disorderly, and the cops just tell them to move along, and maybe to slow down
