Hospital workers reported the case. Richardson was charged with felony child abuse and placed in the Johnston County jail under a $1 million bond Friday night. In 2008, Richardson was found guilty of assault on a female, according to court records. He was ordered to enter an abuser treatment program and attend a domestic violence program in Johnston County. i'd say the worst would have to be wake, mecklenburg, alamance...any county with alot of concrete and asphalt. i'm more of a fan of the natural beauty of nc...the coastal water, the rivers, the woods, the farms, the mountains, etc.
