For a girl, a little experience (at least) is a must.

I'm not sure there's an any real "double standard" here, since there's no risk that a girl could suddenly make sex be over in 20 seconds like a guy can. She could still be terrible at the whole process, but that terribleness wouldn't be combined with an embarrassingly short duration.
