don't have a remote so i've been watching this whack shit for like 30 minutes

its about people that DESPERATELY want a baby girl. like one family, the mother is like 41 or something and has 8 boys and wants a girl. tried again, its a boy. she's like uber depressed.

then there's this woman that has spent 3237949023487204 dollars on in vitro (with 4 natural boys), over 40 years old, and wants a girl and has tried like 4 times to implant a girl.

wtf. these people are just crazy. can any TWW parents comment on this? is there really that much desperation to have a certain sex? if you have like 4 (or fuck, 8) healthy kids...is that not enough? could you not just adopt a girl if that is REALLY what you fucking want?

i know. i guess i'm crazy. but in happy katherine land, the people that i admire as parents, are people that REALLY wanted to be parents. like that was their goal. just to have a kid to love and raise. not to have a certain sex. yes, everyone hopes for healthy kids. heaven forbid they aren't. but the people i consider good parents, just wanted a child to love and raise and if it wasn't a certain sex, or if it had a disability, or if it had red hair, or whatever they'd love it just the same and still be super excited to have a family.

and i thought that was the point. but apparently with these freaks, it isn't.
