You probably have enough justification to file a stalking complaint or an identity theft complaint. The police can get contact information from the various online services she's using, even if she's shut down her accounts. This shows a rather disturbing amount of dedication directed to trying to live your life. I'd keep a watch on your financials. It's the next logical step.

identity theft isnt an option.
im not sure about stalking....like i said earlier (from my understanding) it's a civil suit. aka something that if i want to follow through with ill have to spend $

from what we can tell...mostly facebook. although she has ripped them from peoples' flickrs and photographer sites as well. the thing is since she's been doing this since '03 she's known me or been my "friend" since then....
i once had a girl find out an old high school classmate of mine. steal their picture, make a fake myspace profile and friend me...because i was dating her ex.
i hope this isnt like that :-/

It might be time for you to do a serious clean-up of your Facebook friends and delete all of the people you've never met in person. Then you should make your photos/videos private so only friends can see. I know that she's probably got all of her favorite Joie pics saved on her computer, but if you take this action then she will be unable to get a hold of your more recent ones.

You can also try contacting Facebook and Twitter and tell them that the owner of those accounts has been posing as you. The only problem is, if they shut down those accounts she'll probably just make other accounts with your photos.


Another solution is to make a fake Facebook account yourself, add a bunch of fake friends, make it look legit and then troll the hell out of her and try to get more private info on her. It might not lead to much but at least it'll be fun.

i also wanted to add that she made another fake myspace page of mike miller (one of my ex-bfs and now good friends) and called him Jason or something. she would then comment on her own pictures via his name to make herself look more real. she even tagged herself in some of his pics.


(for example there was a picture of me and blasphemour in one of her albums and "Jason" commented on the picture about how "you have pictures of my brother on here but not me? wtf" or something to that effect.)

this girl has gone to some pretty outstanding links to make sure it looks legit.

Its not "identify theft" or "stalking" - its just being dumb. And twitter / facebook / myspace / etc is not going to jump in and delete someone's account because they put a picture of someone else as their own
