brooklyn heights is a decent bar with fucking horrific patrons

foundation is tiny, underground, only serves local beer and domestic liquor, has seasonal cocktails, and makes its own sodas in-house

you know they have PBR at most bars, right?

and i had fun. it was crowded as shit. bartenders worked their asses off. they had some yummy looking mixed drinks on the menu. they had a good beer selection i thought.

and not to burst your bubble of hipsters but i actually didn't see a lot of PBR drinking going on at all.

they did have those 190% tecate cans though!

i drank aviator all night at neptunes

but from what i hear, the watermelon margaritas were ace, as were all the drinks that come in mason jars

vibe was awesome, very cozy

tschudi killed it and the dj booth is awesome, can't wait to set up in there

YES! with fresh mint and other fresh ingredients. i wanted to get one of the watermelon margaritas but i was being poor and drinking pbr because that is what i do, lol. i wasn't sure how i felt about tecate. its one of those things i had a night with in college that i'm not sure can ever be undone.

BUT if someone wanted to buy me a drink i would have chosen a margarita

but yea it was fun. i had a great time and i'm so proud of everyone that worked last night! i feel like a proud parent. lol.

This thread always confuses me. It seems like Landmark is a totally different type of venue than the other places? I mean from what I hear. I've only ever been to Landmark.

but yea i agree landmark is a slightly broader crowd than slim's and neptune's and kings.

that said, as much as everyone on this board hates hipsters, i've NEVER been around people who cared so much about crowds at certain places! i usually don't even notice the crowds unless i'm in the middle of douchebagville or like guidoville or i walk in to two Ts or something. lol.
