I'm not saying that. I'm saying that the guy is trying to label himself as not putting people at risk (aka not helping terrorists) when he is revealing specific targets that terrorists might find pertinent to attack.

You are gonna have to try harder than that to troll me.

But, if you are not trolling... look, I am sorry if you were neglected/abandoned/abused/molested as a baby, young child, or teen by close family members, family friends, strangers, teachers, or other children. But, that's not my fault, and that's no reason to use baseless vile language against a stranger you have never met/seen/talked to and know nothing about.

Well, either one of those 2 reasons, or you were raised by disgusting people who taught you dirty language from infancy.

If you're gonna risk solitary confinement at Norfolk or Ft. Leavenworth, at least get some more $$$ out of the deal.

I never said they could. Learn to read.

And, there ARE infants who can speak. If some children can say at least one word before reaching toddlerhood, and some definitely can, then they can speak. You double lose.

Birth to 5 months:
Reacts to loud sounds.
Turns head toward a sound source.
Watches your face when you speak.
Vocalizes pleasure and displeasure sounds (laughs, giggles, cries, or fusses).
Makes noise when talked to.

6-12 months:
Understands "no-no".
Babbles (says "ba-ba-ba" or "ma-ma-ma").
Tries to communicate by actions or gestures.
Tries to repeat your sounds.

It's all there, black and white, clear as crystal! You get nothing! You lose! Good day, sir!

Who cares about the checklist? Like I said, there ARE infants (<= 12 months) who can say at least one word distinctly and can repeat it correctly in the right context any number if times. Check youtube for videos.

But, if you want to say that BECAUSE they can say a word, they aren't infants anymore even though they are under 1 year, well, that's just semantics.

Anyway this is all moot, because I never said they could in the concerned post of mine... walkmanfades can't read.

This is meaningless, lots of words derived from latin mean something else in english.

infant, the root word, literally means "speechless"

infant is used to describe babies less than one year old.

infants are globally understood to be unable to have meaningful speech communication.

my dog communicates with me in a more complex manner than an infant does.

OEP loses again.

you can't have both definitions.

that's stupid, as i implied earlier. is there an and or an or between them? what if only one condition is satisfied? speechless but older than 1 year, what's that? can say a word but is younger than a year, what's that?

as it is used in the world today, infant means under a year old. and going with that, as i said, there are infants who can speak [one word].

what part of "used to describe" do you not understand. are you just in here being an assclown to generate name recognition?

now if you were'nt being an intentional dumbass, you'd agree that infants are globally and cross-culturally known for a lot of things, and having the ability to speak is not one of them.

if you're going tell us that "ba ba ma ma" is speech, well my dog say "wo wo ow rawr" and i guess that is speech too.

In English, infant has nothing to with ability to speak.

In latin, Infant meant unable to speak. But we aren't living in the roman empire, are we?

It's not my intention to defend 0EP, prove anyone else wrong, or anything else. I'm defending English.

I think it's pretty well-accepted that both 2+2=4 and infants can't fucking speak.

english derives many words from latin.

there's a reason why they picked "infant: unable to speak" instead of "dumbass: I can't read either"
