1 year: Same place, same job, same physical shape (not good)

5 years: In the UK since 2013 on my way to becoming a citizen, teaching in the UK, have another kid for sure (last kid), hopefully better physical shape

10 years: Teaching in some nice perhaps exotic place, maybe have a business, best shape of my life, deadlift 400+ pounds, squat 250+ pounds, bench 200+ pounds

Continuous goal: Keep/start learning things (martial arts, Rubik's cube, abacus, cooking different foods, car mechanics, and more)

Let me preface this by saying that all plans will fit within my 20-25 year plan of being retired.

1 year - Promotion, pay grade increase, etc. Pretty happy with where I am careerwise. 18 months per position is the norm where I am for those who are promotable and talented. I've been in position less than a year, so we'll be realistic. I'm not currently in a relationship, but there is one I'd like to pursue so ideally in 1 year I'll be in a relationship with this gal.

5 years - Living somewhere outside of NC, will have purchased a house on a 15 year mortgage; southwest, Midwest, or pacific northwest would all be acceptable locations. Either in a LTR with my ideal woman or possibly even married though I'm not really looking for it. In a much higher profile position with my current employer, should be making well into the 100-150k range salary wise. Driving a Porsche.

10 years - House mostly paid off. Will either have 2 kids by this point or have finally decided on none. Salary close to 250k. Well on my way to all financial retirement goals, either on track for retirement by age 50-55 or accelerated to much sooner if no familial responsibilities. Driving a brand new Porsche, probably something with the word "turbo" attached or a bunch of numbers and letters like GT3.

10 years ago, if you'd asked me this I'd have said "DRUNK" to all 3. That would be a pretty accurate assessment. Hopefully I'm as correct about these timelines.
