probably no one is claiming that drinking breast-milk is anywhere near as appalling as cannibalism, or nutting in your mother's mouth

but there is no objective reason to condemn any of them, so if you allow that these first two are unnatural and appalling consumptions of human person or excretion, then don't be surprised if others are somewhat appalled by the third
