Gave up 3 runs in the 1st and couldn't get the bats going. Cory has struck out at least 10 batters in 3 consecutive starts; a record for NC State.

After being down 9 going into the 8th. Pack scored 8 in the 8th and 1 in the 9th with 2 outs. The Pack then got out of a bases loaded with 0 outs jam in the 9th to send it to extras.

The error in the 3rd really cost it for the Pack. We were about the close out the inning with 2 outs already and they end up getting 4 runs. Still a good game, and a decent State section there (lots of family of players from the area)

We are currently 7th in the conference with the top 8 teams making the ACC Tourney in Durham. We are a game behind Clemson, but we have the tiebreaker, and 1 1/2 games up on BC in 8th with us playing there in the last ACC series before the tourney.
