Kenyon Martin should NEVER be shooting shots in crunchtime beyond wide open dunks. I would've liked to see a Felton-Lawson-Chandler-Gallo-Nene lineup there at the end.

Denver will live and/or die by the depth and equality of their roster. Either unselfishness will lead to open shots at the end of games, or nobody will step up and they will keep passing the ball until one of them has to force a bad shot (which is more or less what happened in the final minutes last night).

I think it'll end up being the latter; it's very difficult to win a playoff series without a go-to guy. Thunder in 6 or 7.

And ^ agreed, that is their best lineup. Matchup nightmares abound. Martin is a chump.

Felton can certainly maximize his skillset in a run-and-gun offense like D'Antoni's but in the playoffs you're always going to have at least one team in your path that grinds it out halfcourt style and forces you into their style of play, and Felton in a half court set will always get Jameer Nelsoned

This is the first time I have seen him play as a pro, and I think it is even more evident that he was only as good as he was in college because of the help he got from the refs. There have already been a couple of plays where i instinctively was waiting for the ref to call a foul when he started flailing and flopping.

What is Reggie Miller's problem with this south beach stuff? Does he really think Miami and South Beach are the same city, does he think he's being cute by saying the name of a tourist destination near where the heat play or is he simply mocking lebron?

I doubt its the third because I remember him doing it last year and it has really gotten out of hand this year. He never refers to Miami as anything other than South Beach.

This is like saying "now we gotta go back up to times square to play the yankees" or "back to coney island to play the knicks"

Its utterly ridiculous and it seems like after several complaints by fans TNT would inform him that the Heat do not play in South Beach.

In the last 11 years the mavs are 48-41 in playoff games where crawford iisnt the ref

They are 2-16 when he is!! And have lost 16 of last 17

They avg 6.8 fewet free throw attempts when he refs and 1 when he doesn't

One of the games dallas won dirk had 50pts so he couldn't sway it I guess

He was also the ref in game 6 better known as the "dwyane wade bs free throws game" in the nba finals
