the description of her injuries is more of what i would have expected in the NC murder trial with an angry strong gripped tennis player that has snapped. NC only had one easily broken bone, and her neck wasn't severally bruised.

actually maybe half the injuries. she was massacred. really sad.

whoever did it really needs to burn. whether is was JY or some random dudes.

You're right--The prosecutor mentioned that in opening yesterday, but they didn't bring it up in testimony. Maybe crime scene investigators will pull it together. They also got to see pictures we didn't. So the doll might have been in the pictures.

He was trying to get the witness to illustrate the great detail provided by the phone records, then wanted to drop a bomb question on him about the checking of the voicemail before the lunch break. I am not impressed with the lawyers on this one at all. I keep pulling up the feed from the anthony trial instead

i think Schaad also testified about the wedding ring story.

he ingested it so a guest wouldn't leave a party, and the guest had to wait on him to pass it. (or something along those lines).

And the only thing she really said that was shocking was that she and Jason were having an affair while she was trying to get pregnant with her husband. And she was pregnant later, but didn't say whose it was (or whether she ended up having the baby).

Sounds like he murdered her wearing his own Hush puppies, which he then accidentally tracked in her blood. Shoes (and his clothes from that night) were never recovered, but they tracked his shoe purchase to the store and have an exact match on the sole print for that type of shoe by two crime lab experts.

Here's a hint: don't use your rewards card when you are buying footwear for a crime!

Pay attention- the franklin shoes are important. He either had on one franklin shoe (that was two sizes too small) and one hushpuppie shoe, he changed shoes and came back into the room to leave misleading evidence, or there was someone else there wearing the size 10 franklin shoes. Hopefully the witness that is testifying now (back in the morning) will clear up some confusion.

Also, pretty sure I heard a guy testify this morning that there were at least 3 bloody fingerprints found that were exact matches to jason young- so it looks like he brought in the two random cigarette butts and wore one shoe that was too small to throw off the investigators. I suspect he tried to wear both size 10 shoes but it was too uncomfortable so he had to put one of his own shoes back on.
