This sounds a lot like communism now.

JK. This is a great idea. We used to just lay out giant blankets and each person displayed their stuff as such so it stayed fairly organized.

One time we had a huge dog fight on the yard and it ended up with the police showing up at 10:00 am.....and we'd been drinking since about 6:00 am.


HAHAHA weekend yardsales on the regular came to a screeching halt.

would anyone like a bed? I'd rather sell this item at my house instead of trucking it to Briar Creek since it's really heavy.


It's a queen size Craftmatic adjustable bed, I think it's a model I.
The top and bottom raise up and it also fully vibrates. very good for relaxing.

I don't actually live there. The house is pretty empty. If enough people want to bring their stuff over friday we can schedule a time. otherwise just get there early saturday. If it is uber hot or raining there should be some room to do this inside/in the garage, but everyone has to be respectful of the space and whatnot. There is no fridge, so if you want cold drinks bring a cooler.

I bought 3 garage sale signs and a pack of price tags, so if you dont have any dont buy any. I have lots. also, I'll be going out there one day to put the signs out, so if you want to take stuff over there early let me know. I can go any day except today or wednesday. I'm only going once before saturday though.

if you want better luck i'd suggest posting your individual items you feel are mandatory to get rid of on craigslist with the address to come by with a modest window.

there will be a couple couches, electronics, etc there

The key to yard sales is advertisement.


The BIGGER, EASY-TO-READ, COLORFUL signs with clear arrows pointing in the direction of the yardsale is imperative.

Yard Salers don't preplan their route, they just look for yard sale signs as they are driving.
