If you have stubby legs and are trying to look taller use platforms not uber high heels, i mean it looks ridiculous anyway but not soooo much, being comfortable with your hight and wearing heels that fit your scale better looks better than having 4.5" heels to make up for short legs. nothing looks dumber than a 4" heel on a 5" foot combined with short legs, you don't look proportional anymore you look weird. Small is cute too... be ok with that and don't use heels to compensate.

Tall girls...

If you're already tall don't be worried about how tall you are in heels clearly the dudes that like you like tall girls... the taller the better in most cases... GO FOR IT!

^^^ funny that you say what you did about a "5inch foot in 4 inch heels" - i dated a guy who felt the exact opposite. I have smaller feet 6 1/2 - 7 and he told me that my feet in the same shoes were in his words 'much sexier' than if it was on a girl who wore a size 8 or 9.

The steeper ramp up on the shoe does look sexier to me i guess.

i love heels. love love love them.

but i also have pretty muscular legs (from walking on my toes since i learned how to walk) and i find walking in heels almost as comfortable as flats ( also, from walking on my toes since i learned how to walk).
i also have shorts legs and a long torso, so i feel like it evens me out

doctors threathen to cut my tendons when i was 12 and 13 and i needed to stop (they were scared they would get to tight and snap) and i sstill couldn't do it >.<

but its all good, but i have to stretch out my calves a lot.

I loooove heels.....although I do not wear them much for a few reasons. 1. I'm clumsy, 2. I prefer comfort over fashion 80% of the time, 3. I stand a lot when I am out and I don't like hurting while I'm trying to have a good time, 4. I have cute feet and I am deathly afraid of this :

I find heels very sexy. This thread is relevant to my interests.

I have no foot fetish. I don't want to touch or lick feet/toes.

But damn heels are sexy.

My gf almost refuses to wear them. She knows I love them and still complains about wearing them. 20 minutes in them and she is done. I need to know how to get her to stop hating them so much.

Seems cheap or mid price doesn't matter. I can't afford some $200 shoes she wolnt wear.

I totally disagree! Great thing to try and solve. does she not like the feeling of certain shoes or is it the 'having her feet being up and on the balls \tipy toes' uncomfort. Cause i've found and i LOVE the gel insoles we can buy now. The go under the balls of my feet, specialy made for heels and they cushion the feeling and make it easier to say 'up' in higher heels. Also, go to the store with her and have her try on a bunch of heels you like Let her pick the comfortable ones....

^^That's kinda harsh. I don't think it is unreasonable to ask your girlfriend to wear heels every now and then if you find it really attractive. If I had some kind of clothing that I thought was uncomfortable but my girlfriend thought looked really hot in it I wouldn't mind wearing it every now and then just for her sake.

my friend just had surgery because of that. She was a ballet dancer for a while and she wears heels almost every time she wears shoes.



It got infected as well. Pretty gross price to pay for heels, imo.
